Description
Four independent testing rooms: two positive pressure rooms and two negative pressure rooms. Each is equipped with a separate secondary changing room, sterile operating table, biological safety cabinet, and incubator, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant testing items. Simultaneous testing can be conducted for multiple microbial items, including total bacterial count, coliform group, mold, yeast, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, heat-resistant spores, and aerobic spores. Following the airflow and personnel flow, a dedicated waste disposal channel is set up at the end of the flow to prevent cross-contamination and minimize the impact on the microbial testing room environment. Internal control methods for high-temperature bacteria and spores have also been tested through exchanges and learning with leading domestic dairy companies.
