Under the warm winter sunshine and gentle breeze brushing against our faces, on December 27, 2025, Anhui Danuo Dairy Co., Ltd. successfully held a team-building event for its management team at the Langya Mountain Scenic Area and the Yuli Yan—Langya Le Yan Hotel, aimed at further strengthening team cohesion and breaking down communication barriers across departments! All members of the management team put aside their busy work schedules and set off together in a relaxed and joyful mood for this “journey to unite hearts.” Amidst nature and laughter, they forged stronger team bonds and looked forward to a collaborative future.

　　01 Hiking for Fun, In nature, we drew closer to one another. At 2 p.m., all members gathered punctually at the entrance of Langya Mountain. After a brief mobilization, the hiking activity officially began! Ascending the winding mountain trails step by step, the fresh mountain air washed away the fatigue from work. Grouping together in threes and fives, some chatted animatedly about their work experiences, while others shared amusing stories from daily life. Along the way, we frequently paused to admire the breathtaking mountain scenery, leaving behind bursts of laughter and joyful conversations.

　　To ensure the safety and smooth progress of all participants, the administrative office staff had planned ahead with safe routes, set up rest stops along the way, and clearly divided responsibilities between those leading the way and those providing support at the rear. During the hike, everyone helped each other and offered mutual encouragement. Colleagues from different departments—who rarely interacted before—gradually became more familiar with one another as they journeyed together. Unconsciously, the team’s sense of unity began to quietly strengthen. At 5 p.m., all members safely reached the foot of the mountain, successfully completing the hiking challenge.

　　After a brief break, everyone arrived at the Yuli Banquet—Langya Le Yan Hotel, where the long-awaited “Roll or Don’t Roll” themed stand-up comedy competition officially kicked off! This competition brought together CEO Wu and other senior executives as judges. The contestants were evaluated fairly and impartially based on three criteria: the atmosphere on-site, their performance level, and the depth of their content.

　　Shedding their professional seriousness, the participating members transformed into “joke-tellers,” drawing on their own workplace experiences to interpret “involution” and “lying flat” with humorous and witty language. From the helpless feeling of being “held up all night by a power bank while working overtime,” to the bittersweet irony of being “encouraged to work even harder when you’ve already gone ‘flat’”; from the elaborate involution tactics employed by “workplace involution kings,” to the realization of “rejecting pointless involution and returning to the essence of work”—each performance struck a chord with office workers. Laughter and applause rippled through the audience, pushing the atmosphere to one climax after another.

During the award ceremony, the judges presented cash prizes and certificates to the winning contestants, and all members joined together in applause to celebrate this joyous and honor-filled moment.

　　After the stand-up comedy show ended, the warm and convivial group dinner followed as scheduled.
